1 General Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the ace57 platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ace57 and its users ("you" or "user"). By using the ace57 website, mobile version, or any related services, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using ace57.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one ace57 account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same IP address is prohibited and will be treated as fraud. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.

2.4 Playing on Behalf of a Third Party

An ace57 account is for personal use only. Operating an account on behalf of someone else or for commercial purposes is not permitted.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you believe there has been unauthorised access to your account, notify the ace57 support team immediately.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If suspicious activity is detected, notify support immediately.
• Be cautious of phishing or fraudulent links; ace57 never asks for your password by email.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ace57 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes, however in some cases additional time may be required for identity verification or security review.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ace57 may verify your identity before a withdrawal or at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if the required documents are not submitted on time. All funds must be withdrawn to the account holder's own payment method.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New account holders at ace57 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000. If ৳12,000 is deposited, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies and the total balance becomes ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Each promotion may have a specific validity period; unused bonuses may expire at the end of the period.
• Bonuses are usable on the ace57 platform only and cannot be transferred elsewhere.
• ace57 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

The ace57 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.7%; and Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.0%. Progression to a higher tier depends on regular activity and engagement on the platform.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

ace57 ensures a fair and transparent environment across all games and betting markets. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, ace57 may decide to cancel or restart that round.
• ace57 reserves the right to correct any incorrect balance or result displayed due to software or server issues.
• ace57 endeavours to notify users before making any changes to game rules.
• For sports betting, the official result will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ace57 and may result in account termination:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Deliberately using multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, defrauding, or harassing other users.
• Registering an account using a false or fraudulent identity.
• Unauthorised access to or hacking of another user's account.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 ace57's Rights

ace57 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account, without prior notice, for any reason — in particular for violations of these Terms. In cases of fraud or illegal activity, the account's funds may be forfeited.

8.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting ace57 support. Prior to account closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw eligible funds subject to wagering requirements being met.

9 Responsible Gaming

ace57 believes in responsible gaming. We encourage our users to enjoy games in a healthy and controlled manner.

• Bet within your means; do not let entertainment become a financial burden.
• ace57 offers a Self-Exclusion feature — through support, you can restrict access to your account for a set period or permanently.
